Lori Zarrow, Geologist

Lori Zarrow joined the Roxanna team in 2011 as Senior Geologist. She has thirty-two years of experience with Shell Oil Company in technical and exploration management roles. Her current areas of interest include shale and tight reservoir play identification and delineation. Her extensive domestic U.S. and international experience includes developing and implementing innovative play concepts. Unconventional resource plays in which Lori has conducted and led exploratory, operational and commercial team efforts include the Tertiary and Cretaceous Uinta, DJ, Paradox, and Powder River Basins, the Green River basin where she was part of the Pinedale team; Eastern Canada and the sub-basalt Colombia River Basin in Washington state. Lori also has expertise in the conventional all major Rocky Mt. Basins and the Williston; and Texas including the Permian Basin, East TX Cotton Valley and South TX; Latin America, Trinidad, and Cameroon, Africa (both onshore and offshore). Lori received her BS from Binghamton University, and her MS in Geochemistry from MIT.
