Back in December of 2012, the Roxanna Oil Company board unanimously voted to pass a motion for the formation of the Roxanna Foundation and elected Karen Downey as its Director.
The foundation will serve as a charitable entity providing matching donations to the charity of choice for Roxanna shareholders and employees so long as that charity has a 501c3 status. As our Chairman, Marlan Downey, puts it, “The idea is to amplify the donations of our employees and shareholders while still giving back ourselves in a manner that will do the most good.”
